Equity (r) Maqbool Baqar has ruled against being named to the High Court as an impromptu adjudicator, turning into the second resigned judge to deny the proposition.

The Legal Commission of Pakistan (JCP), headed by Boss Equity Qazi Faez Isa, is booked to meet on Friday to consider the arrangement of four resigned pinnacle court judges.

Conversing with Geo News, Equity (resigned) Baqar said that he was ruling against turning into a specially appointed judge because of “individual reasons”.
